Our innovative minimally invasive neurosurgical devices give surgeons maximum access with minimal tissue trauma.  For the extreme lateral approach, we offer canulated blades that insert into the wound site over dilators like the retractor tubes, but pivot up to 30° inside the wound surgical site increasing visualization without enlarging the incision. 

We also offer an extensive line of lighted blades.  These neursurgical retractor blades are designed with a light channel, and should be used with TeDan’s Cool Light Source and Light Cables.  The cables are inserted into the tip of the retractor blade, illuminating the surgical site and eliminating the need for headlamps!

Several product lines of Kerisons, Rongeurs, Osteotomes, Cobb Elevators and Curettes are available to allow surgeons to cut, rasp, and scrape the vertebral materials.
