Hurricane Harvey Follow Up

Thank you for your messages of concern and kind thoughts you’ve sent our way during the last few days. Although the Greater Houston Area is still very much affected, the TSI team is safe and our facilities were not impacted by Hurricane Harvey. We reopened our Sugar Land main office yesterday, but we will be working with limited staff until early next week as some of the roads and neighborhoods in Houston are still flooded.

FedEx and UPS are slowly beginning to reopen around the Greater Houston Area so typical shipping and receiving times may be lengthened. We’re hoping that once the water recedes and the airports are back to full operation that we’ll be able to ship again and normalize daily processes. If you have shipments due around these days, we our trying our best to get shipments out as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this situation.
