Search Tedan Part Numbers: Choose this option if you are going to enter Tedan part numbers to search for products.

Phantom XL Light GUIDE is intended for use with the Phantom XL Lateral Blades (ML-0520--ML-0526) and Phantom XL Retractor Rings (ML-0500, ML-0502). This Light guide allows the surgeon to insert the light cable into the blade for better visualization. The shim is used to advance the length of the blade when needed and can extend the blade up to 10mm. ML-512S is sold sterile and packaged 2/box.
